Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (freshly roasted coffee), we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flofriday1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if applicable. For unopened items, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
